1. State that you're submitting your review for the site. I get a lot of emails from people privately sharing their experiences with me, and stating that your review is for the site let's me know you're fine with it being shared publicly.
2. Include pictures. These must be pictures taken with your camera of the glasses you received - not images pulled from the retailer's site. If you left your name/address/phone/number/etc in any pictures (of the package for example), it will be removed. Don't worry about size, format, etc - I'll probably be converting them anyway. If you'd prefer to upload them to imageshack etc and simply send me the links to the pictures, that's fine too - I'll download, adjust them, and put them up on the site.
3. Give as much detail as possible. "I bought glasses a few months ago and this is what they look like." probably isn't going to help a lot of people. Some times, dates, things you noticed, things you liked/disliked, if you bought from them before, if you'd buy from them again, etc are all great things to mention.
4. Accuracy is important. If you don't remember a detail (for example the exact date you ordered your glasses), don't guess. For example if you know you ordered your glasses between the 2nd and 10th of January, rather than guessing the day, simply say they were ordered in early January. 
5. Be as truthful and unbiased as possible. If you had a bad experience with a retailer, write about it, but don't exaggerate or make false claims. The same applies if you had a good experience. Be truthful, but don't speak more highly of the retailer than they deserve. Remember that others may buy from a retailer based on what you've written. If you've spoken too highly of a retailer, another buyer may have higher expectations than they should, and will be disappointed after they've made their purchase.
6. Submit the review in whatever format you'd like. Don't worry about formatting, indentation, spelling, etc. I'll edit the review to present it in a way I feel fits the site.
   
7. Let me know if you'd like to remain anonymous. While a retailer might be able to figure out which customer you were anyway (based on what you bought and the date), I'll certainly honor any requests to remain anonymous. Otherwise, your first name, initials, or handle will be attached to the review to help distinguish it from others - "Super Duper Eyeglass Store review by Sally" or "...by TheLumberJackKid" for example. If you request to be anonymous, it'll simply say "Super Duper Eyeglass Store review by Anonymous".
